Account specific roles and responsibilities
- Process and manage service authorizations in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate with insurance providers, internal teams, and other stakeholders as needed
- Ensure all required documentation is complete and submitted correctly
- Help maintain compliance with payer requirements and organizational standards
- Support continuous improvement of authorization workflows
Requirements
At least 6 months BPO experience in a Healthcare AccountAuthorizations experience is a PLUS, not requiredGood verbal and written English skillsWith good attention to detailsMust be willing to work on-site in MandaluyongAmenable working night shiftsBenefits
