Job Description :

His / her main duties include providing support to the Recruitment department scheduling and organizing interviews with potential candidates

  • The recruitment Specialist must explain requirements and duties to candidates, as well as assist the Senior
  • Recruitment specialist in screening candidates and maintaining a good relationship with employees, employers, and candidates
  • A Recruitment Associate performs data entry to input and update applicant information in the candidate database.
  • They uphold confidentiality when handling applicant information.
  • As the first point of contact between applicants and the hiring manager, recruiting assistants screen applicants before moving their applications forward.
  • To screen applicants, Recruitment Specialists review application material, read resumes and cover letters and set up phone interviews, conduct screening tests.
  • Ensure that all the necessary paperwork is filed and that application forms are completed and processed
  • To ensure that all candidates receive a friendly and consistent service

Job Qualification :

  • Preferably Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
  • At least 1 to 2 years of work-related experience
  • Above average communication skills in written and oral English
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Amenable to working on shifting schedule
  • Achieve goals and targets
  • Consistently demonstrate behaviors emulating Transcom values
  • Consistently adhere to company policies and code of conduct
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Ability to work in teams, as well as work on their own with minimal supervision
