Job Description :
His / her main duties include providing support to the Recruitment department scheduling and organizing interviews with potential candidates
- The recruitment Specialist must explain requirements and duties to candidates, as well as assist the Senior
- Recruitment specialist in screening candidates and maintaining a good relationship with employees, employers, and candidates
- A Recruitment Associate performs data entry to input and update applicant information in the candidate database.
- They uphold confidentiality when handling applicant information.
- As the first point of contact between applicants and the hiring manager, recruiting assistants screen applicants before moving their applications forward.
- To screen applicants, Recruitment Specialists review application material, read resumes and cover letters and set up phone interviews, conduct screening tests.
- Ensure that all the necessary paperwork is filed and that application forms are completed and processed
- To ensure that all candidates receive a friendly and consistent service
Job Qualification :
Preferably Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalentAt least 1 to 2 years of work-related experienceAbove average communication skills in written and oral EnglishAbility to multi-taskGood interpersonal and organizational skillsAmenable to working on shifting scheduleAchieve goals and targetsConsistently demonstrate behaviors emulating Transcom valuesConsistently adhere to company policies and code of conductFamiliarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)Ability to work in teams, as well as work on their own with minimal supervisionPromote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
