We are seeking a senior professional with a curiosity for identifying and developing opportunities with existing and new clients who will look ahead to achieving growth in line with the Building Infrastructures market growth strategy.

Position Overview

The Business Unit Manager Buildings & Infrastructure (BNI) will be responsible for the overall leadership growth and profitability of the BNI business line. This includes developing and executing strategies managing P&L driving business development and ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale construction infrastructure and project management engagements.

The role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on operational leadership ensuring high-quality service delivery while capturing new growth opportunities in the Philippine market and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Financial Leadership

• Develop and execute the BUs short- and long-term strategy in line with corporate objectives.
• Take full P&L responsibility including revenue growth margin improvement and cost control.
• Drive diversification into new business lines (e.g. PMC services for manufacturing energy audits digital engineering solutions).
• Monitor and report financial KPIs ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

Lead and develop project managers engineers and support staff to achieve high performance.

5. Governance Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with corporate policies statutory regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Civil / Structural Engineering Architecture Project Management or related discipline (MBA / Masters preferred).
