JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Conducts sourcing strategies mainly for local positions.
2. Conducts Initial interview (based on the requesting department’s qualifications and standards), shortlisting of candidates, and properly endorsing and scheduling candidates for department interviews.
3. Prepares job offers and ensures that the candidates complied with pre-employment requirements and medical examination on or before due date.
4. Utilizing a wide-variety of recruitment sources and strategies to meet recruitment goals (such as Jobstreet and other social media platforms).
5. Other tasks assigned by the immediate superior. includes assistance in training and HRBP team.
QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Must be a Graduate of Psychology / HR or any related course.
2. With 2-4 years of working experience in the HR field is required.
3. Can work independently with minimum supervision.
4. Must be knowledgeable in Recruitment process.
5. Can start ASAP.
6. Willing to work in Makati City (Work on site- Mon-Fri 9 : 30am to 6 : 30pm (Weekends Off)
