Role Overview : As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt and professional assistance with their concerns.
You’ll be expected to deliver accurate information, ensure compliance with company policies, and escalate exceptions to the appropriate department when necessary.
This role is well-suited for individuals who can adapt to a fast-paced environment, maintain a high level of professionalism, and are eager to enhance their communication skills while delivering excellent customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing : Serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries via calls and support tickets.
Use the company’s knowledge base and internal resources to provide accurate, timely responses to product or service-related questions.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in every customer interaction.
Log and document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure traceability and follow-up.
Coordinate with the internal departments to ensure fast and efficient resolution of customer issues.
