Job Description :
The CNC Machining Specialist is responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. This role ensures high-quality machining, efficient production, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., milling, turning, EDM) for plastic mold components or precision parts.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements.
Create or modify CNC programs using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam,c Fusion 360, NX).
Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters for efficient machining.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM).
Maintain documentation of machining processes, quality checks, and production records

・Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC operations, preferably in a plastic manufacturing environment.
・He or she has their own car or motorcycle
・No experience working at a company with a union organization

8 am to 6 pm (Mon to Thurs)
8 am to 5 pm (Fri)
8 am to 12 pm (Sat)
