Business Intelligence Analyst (Night-shift | Remote)

About the Role

  • You’ll join the Business Insights team to build company-wide reporting that supports real business decisions. From sales KPIs to marketing performance to course analytics—your work will directly shape how leaders think, act, and invest.

    • Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Build & maintain recurring dashboards (Power BI, Quicksight, etc.).
  • Pull & unify data from multiple sources : HubSpot, Google Ads, internal financials, BIS proprietary platform.
  • Identify trends, gaps, or anomalies—and tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Partner with internal teams to clarify definitions (e.g., MQL vs. SQL) and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Support the gradual automation of reports, moving from manual to scalable over time.

    • Requirements

    About YOU

  • 2+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or reporting.
  • Comfortable with business / commercial data (sales, marketing, ecommerce).
  • Strong in Excel / Google Sheets and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Quicksight).
  • Practical, curious, and comfortable working with imperfect data.
  • Proactive communicator who knows how to turn “what’s happening?” into insights.
