Schedule :
- 40 hours per week
- Monday Friday 9 : 00 AM6 : 00 PM PST ( includes 1-hour unpaid break)
- Client Timezone : Pacific Time (California)
Responsibilities :
Contact internet leads from insurance carriers immediately upon receiptVerify customer information including name phone number and email addressConduct warm transfers to in-house sales agents for qualified prospectsMake outbound calls to warm leads who have requested auto insurance quotesQualify leads based on coverage needs and eligibility requirements for California marketUpdate CRM system with accurate notes and follow-up schedulesHandle objections and rejections professionally while maintaining persistenceConduct follow-up calls with existing customers for payment collections when lead volume is lowPerform basic administrative tasks including email management calendar coordination and data entryWork with provided scripts or adapt communication style based on state regulations and company needsRequirements :
Strong sales experience with proven track recordShould have proven experience selling Auto Insurance . At a minimum candidates must have experience selling any type of insurance (Auto Home Life or Commercial)Appointment setting background with ability to secure committed prospectsExcellent phone presence and personable communication skillsAbility to handle high volume of calls and rejections while staying motivatedExperience working with CRM systems and maintaining detailed recordsPersistent and consistent approach without being pushy or annoyingMotivation to earn commission-based incentives and bonusesScopes :
California market focus only due to insurance licensing restrictionsWork exclusively with warm leads from customers who have requested auto insurance quotesOperate within provided phone system with spam remediation capabilitiesReport daily call metrics including number of calls made contacts reached and transfers completedMaintain flexibility to handle other business tasks during low lead volume periodsWork directly with client management while receiving support from Bruntwork account management teamIndependent Contractor Perks
