Assistant - HO General Services

Job Summary

• Monitors bills payments, prepares Request for Check Payments, and ensures timely check release to vendors.
• Manages HO shared vehicles, ensures that these vehicles are well maintained, and that deployments are efficient and appropriate.
• Manages office supplies inventory, ensures on-time procurement and issuance to HO employees.
• Manages common office equipment, ensures that these are in good working condition, and provides support for basic set-up / troubleshooting.
• Monitors access cards inventory including system enrollment and issuances / returns from employees.
• Supports immediate manager on the implementation of good office housekeeping
