Job Title : Security Personnel Location : Cebu, Philippines Job Type : Full-time, Onsite - 15F 1Nito Tower Building   Job Summary : The Security Personnel is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of company premises, employees, and visitors.

This position ensures compliance with company security policies and health and safety standards to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities Monitor and secure all entry and exit points , ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter the premises.

Conduct regular patrols within and around the facility to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Check and log visitors , deliveries, and employees using proper access control procedures.

Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms .

Assist in crowd control during peak hours or special company events.

Enforce company security policies and report any violations, suspicious activities, or hazards.

Prepare and submit incident and activity reports accurately and on time.

Provide assistance to employees and guests in a professional and courteous manner.

Support emergency response and evacuation procedures when needed.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security protocols of the BPO site.

Requirements : Valid Security Guard Licence ( PNP-SOSIA or relevant) is a must.

Certified Safety Officer (SO3 / SO4) is an advantage.

At least 1 year of experience as a security guard (experience in a BPO or corporate facility is a plus).

Willing to work on shifting schedules , including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Honest, alert, reliable, and able to strictly follow security procedures.
