This is a remote position.

Schedule : Sunday – Thursday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (GMT+3)

Client Timezone : Israel Time Zone

Total Weekly Hours : 40 Hours

Responsibilities

Process and maintain accurate financial data within the company’s systems

Perform detailed data categorization and reconciliation for e-commerce client accounts

Handle specialized bookkeeping tasks requiring human oversight

Support financial data processing for multiple US-based e-commerce brands

Ensure accuracy and integrity across all financial entries

Collaborate with the operations team to maintain service quality

Adapt to new systems and workflows as automation expands

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Previous experience in data entry, bookkeeping, or financial processes

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data processing

Ability to work Sunday–Thursday on Israel time (GMT+3)

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices

Quick learner with ability to master new financial systems and tools

Reliable high-speed internet and professional home-office setup

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently

proficiency in Microsoft Office / G-Suite, and Slack
