Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision.
- Organize and maintain both paper and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails, ensuring professional communication.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, handling logistics efficiently.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment, managing inventory effectively.
- Handle confidential documents and information with utmost discretion.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Support other departments with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain and update office policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant is an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks.Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.Business only Graduate; Female applicants only.Demonstrated discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.Customer service orientation with a proactive approach.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
