The Continuous Improvement Team drives value creation disrupts norm think beyond traditional value stream and build smart operating model for our Global Technology & Business Services stakeholders. We help transform the business through :

• Process Analytics - Prepare teams in their Digital Transformation journey. Identify areas for improvement using data driven process discovery
• Process Data Analytics - Define process-aligned metrics and targets that drives value to the customers using statistical sound process. Manage performance using target process data analysis and visualization. Provides an effective way to pilot new ideas with lower cost and less risk. Develop test and mature strategies for new solutions.
• Continuous Process Improvement - Continuously deliver year-on-year improvements through better and simpler ways of doing things. Reduce variation reduce complexity and drive process transformation. Set meaningful targets gain insights into industry trends and drive sustainable performance
