Responsibilities

Create and implement comprehensive security policies, protocols, and strategies to protect the organization's assets, personnel, and information.

Team Management

Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel, providing guidance and managing their performance and development.

Operations Management

Oversee daily security operations, ensuring the effectiveness of physical security measures like access control and surveillance systems.

Develop and execute plans for responding to security incidents and emergencies, including investigating incidents and reporting findings.

Asset and Information Protection

Protect intellectual property, trade secrets, and sensitive company data from theft and unauthorized access.

Compliance and Audits

Ensure that security operations comply with relevant regulations and prepare documentation and reports for audits.
