Accounting Personnel - Parañaque (Open for Fresh Graduates)

Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field At least 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (new graduates with strong internship experience are welcome) Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel Knowledge of BIR processes and online filing systems is a must Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Trustworthy, proactive, and able to work independently
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable / receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
- Manage payroll and staff reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and handle BIR online filing and submissions
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Coordinate with external accountants and auditors as needed
- Support administrative tasks related to financial operations
Qualifications :
Salary Range : PHP 18,000–PHP 25,000 / month
