1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Source, attract, and recruit potential distributors, resellers, and sales agents for the company’s direct selling and MLM programs.
Conduct orientation sessions and onboarding activities for new recruits.
Ensure new members are properly briefed on company policies, compensation plans, and code of ethics.
2. Sales & Marketing Support
Assist in the development and execution of recruitment campaigns, promotional events, and sales activities.
Promote the company’s products and business opportunities through online and offline marketing channels.
Support distributors with tools, materials, and strategies to drive recruitment and sales growth.
3. Training & Development
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions on product knowledge, sales
techniques, and MLM compensation plans.
Mentor and guide team leaders to improve performance and strengthen their
downlines.
4. Performance Monitoring
Track recruitment metrics, sales performance, and team productivity.
Provide regular reports to management regarding recruitment progress and sales
achievements.
5. Networking & Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, distributors, and sales
leaders.
Represent the company in networking activities, trade fairs, and community
events to generate leads.
6. Compliance & Standards
Ensure all recruitment and marketing practices are aligned with company policies
and regulatory requirements.
Address concerns and resolve issues raised by distributors or prospects professionally
