Salary : 60,000 - 100,000

【Required Qualifications】

・Japanese : Daily conversational level or higher (equivalent to JLPT N2); able to read and write kanji, hiragana, and katakana to a reasonable extent

・English : Business level

・Tagalog : Business level

・At least 2 years of experience as a secretary, assistant, or in an administrative role

・Basic PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

・Strong coordination and communication skills

【Preferred Qualifications】

・Work experience in the manufacturing industry

・Experience assisting Japanese or other foreign managers

・Experience in translation and / or interpretation

Job Description :

・Schedule management for the Manufacturing Department Manager (meetings, business trips, client visits, delivery schedule coordination)

・Coordination of internal and external meetings (production planning meetings, quality meetings, regular meetings with clients, etc.)

・Assistance in preparing manufacturing-related reports, inventory lists, and work instructions

・Translation of documents and emails between Japanese and English

・Assistance in production schedule and delivery deadline management

・Preparation of purchase request forms for materials and parts, and coordination with the Procurement Department
