Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing Organizational Financial Strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting
  • High-level financial reporting and analysis
  • Regular budget consolidation
  • Cash flow management
  • Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
  • Stakeholder management, debt management and collection
  • Supervising and reviewing accounting practices at both small and large companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards
  • Improving efficiency by identifying ways to cut costs and boost profits
  • Managing relationships with internal management and external stakeholders, including investors and partners
  • Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings

Key Hard Skills

  • Technical Accounting Skills : Strong background in GAAP
  • Mastery of Accounting Systems : Familiar with cost, financial, and managerial accounting systems
  • Industry-Specific Experience : Knowledge relevant to remodeling / roofing operations
  • Regulations and Compliance : Understanding of reporting standards

  • Leadership Qualities : Ability to build and manage accounting teams and delegate responsibly
  • Interpersonal Skills : Strong listening and collaboration abilities

    • Requirements

  • Accounting MBA or CPA license
  • 5+ years experience as a Business / Accounting Analyst
  • Knowledge of KPI metrics, performance evaluation, product / pricing auditing
  • Specialized expertise in remodeling / roofing operations
  • Product cost, inventory, purchase orders, data analysis, costing, invoicing, materials and goods
  • Reviews invoices, analyzes job costs, evaluates and monitors profit
  • Cost analysis and job profit monitoring (invoices vs labor)
  • Sales commissions and data organization, sales goals, statistics
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, QuickBooks
  • Experience creating Excel sheets that produce data insights

  • Salary : From Php 70,000.00 per month (depending on skills and qualifications)
