JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field.
Must have experience in Customer Service handling Global Support
Experience in troubleshooting, configuring gateway appliance, or network appliance
Good Communication skills
Experience in handling DNS and Gateway
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide technical support for IT-related queries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide first-level support for network connectivity issues, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Monitor and maintain network performance, uptime, and device availability using monitoring tools.
Perform network diagnostics such as IP configuration, DNS resolution, and latency checks.
Document network incidents and resolutions for future reference and continuous improvement.
