Position Description
Client Management – Delivers an exceptional client experience as measured by Transaction surveys, consistently meeting expectations.
Project Management – Basic knowledge of MAS products, services, processes, & organization. Willing to complete stretch assignments such as SWAT, OE rotations, etc.
Technical Support – Resolve technical issues related to EDI, understanding account structures, work closely with OES, Service, and other BTS groups.
Partnership Driver - Builds bridges & collaborative partnerships with associates & leaders from other MAS departments to improve Service results.
