Hiring : Sales Administrator (Remote)
WORK SET UP :
Fully Remote (Equipment provided)
Night Shift (10PM–7AM Philippine Time)
Salary : ₱50,000–₱55,000 (depending on skills and qualifications)
QUALIFICATIONS :
Accounting experience
Experience working with Sales & Marketing teams
Knowledge of Trade Promotions
ERP experience (NetSuite is a big plus!)
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Managing an active calendar, the VP’s day-to-day schedule, and special events
- Managing correspondence and communications with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the VP
- Researching, prioritizing, and following up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the VP, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determining appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
- Manage and maintain all distributors price list (tracker)
- Manage all distributors active sku list (tracker)
- Manage and maintain database of promotional calendar for all channels of business
- Managing accounts and expenses and processing payments
- Managing customer contact and pricing databases
- Managing Trade Spend including electronic and physical files and documents
- Managing the Sales Team’s sample inventory and coordinating shipments on their behalf
- Assisting with special events and projects as needed
- May be assigned special responsibilities of a substantive and permanent nature beyond those normally classified as administrative work
- Acts as a liaison between Corporate, Regional Sales Managers and Marketing.
- Assists Regional Sales Managers by completing and submitting new customer / new item paperwork to Nova AR Team for processing and following up with communication to the respective sales manager and customer once approved.
- Assists Regional Sales Managers by answering questions for Nova CSR Team related to customers, deliveries, pricing, etc.
- Assists Regional Sales Managers and brokers in completion of New Vendor Paperworks
- Maintains a distribution void grid for all retailers. (tracker)
- Assists in submitting trade promotions for approval and resolving and clearing questions on open deductions on a timely basis.
- Assists in coordination of demo materials for all retailer demos, including demo kits, sample product, etc.
- Handles a variety of assignments as directed by VP of Sales.
- Coordinates all business aspects between management, sales managers and associate partners.
- Coordination of Meeting Arrangements including preparing and reserving meeting facilities, when necessary.
- Must be able to work in a team. Team Building is an ongoing process that helps a work group evolve into a cohesive unit.
