The Role : Responsibilities
Market & bench building
- Build and continuously expand TriArc’s qualified trade partner database by trade, geography, capacity, and performance.
- Run ongoing prequalification (financials, safety, workload, bonding) in coordination with Accounting.
Bid strategy & scheduling
Publish the rolling Bid Calendar ; align milestones with Estimators / PMs and owners / architects.Break down drawings / specs into clear trade packages ; assign scope sheets and alternates.ITB execution
Prepare Invitation to Bid packages (drawings, specs, addenda, bid forms, alternates, due dates, delivery method).Post to BuildingConnected; segment targeted lists; personalize top-tier outreach.Relentless follow-up
3-touch cadence (Day 1 email + Day 3 call / text + Day 5 confirmation) and pre-deadline “nudge” to secure commitments.Track interest / no-bid reasons; backfill gaps early; escalate risk areas to Estimating.Bid intake & leveling
Receive bids, confirm inclusions / exclusions, and level against scope sheets; flag outliers and VE options.Package a clean Bid Leveling Matrix for Estimators / PMs with award recommendation.Data & feedback loops
Score and rate trade partner performance post-award (price accuracy, quality, safety, schedule).Run post-bid debriefs; capture lessons learned to refine future ITBs.Brand & relationship
