JOB SUMMARY :
The Customer Financing Team Lead of Admin is responsible for managing the overall administrative functions of the Customer Financing Department. This entails supervising the daily activities of the Admin Team that ensures that all tasks are accomplished within standard turnaround time.
The lead is also involved in guiding and mentoring staff in providing administrative support to the Frontline Teams, particularly in the preparation and timely submission of bank loan applications and the review of Letters of Guarantee.

Strong analytical skills, particularly in handling data, processes, and information.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills; clearly articulate ideas both in writing and verbally.
Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to perform effectively under time pressure and meet set deadlines.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Highly organized and process-oriented.
Able to train and develop staff to be proficient in daily operations and develop talent for succession.
Upholds integrity and strong personal values.
Skilled in multitasking and managing multiple priorities effectively.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND LICENSES REQUIRED :
At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory level.
Has at least 3 years of experience in handling employees.
