Position : Accounting Trainer (HMO with dependents)

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday
Salary : Php 40,000 - Php 45,000
Work Set-up : Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
JOB REQUIREMENT :
✨Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
✨At least 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or auditing
✨ Experience in training, education, or team development.
✨Can start as soon as possible
✨Willing to work in Muntinlupa
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
✨ Develops and implements dynamic training initiatives that strengthen the accounting expertise and performance of both individuals and teams.
✨ Delivers interactive learning sessions covering core accounting principles, organizational policies, and specialized financial software.
✨ Plays a key role in onboarding by equipping new team members with essential accounting knowledge and practical skills.
✨ Conducts informative sessions on internal control procedures, tax compliance requirements, and evolving accounting standards.
✨ Coaches and empowers junior accounting professionals to build confidence and advance in their career paths.
