Job descriptionPlan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding activities aligned with company objectives. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends. Manage advertising, public relations, and digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness. Oversee creation of marketing materials, social media content, and company presentations. Coordinate with other departments (Operations, Finance, HR) to ensure marketing activities support company goals. Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans and budgets. Recommend pricing strategies and promotional programs to improve market share and profitability. Represent the company in business meetings, trade fairs, and networking events. Train, coach, and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing personnel. Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and customer service excellence. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). At least 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in construction. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital marketing tools and CRM software. Sales Management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue and profitability goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and ensure strong sales pipeline management.
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and analyze trends to support business decisions.
- Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients and business partners.
