This is a remote position.

Schedule :

• Mondays to Fridays, 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm, Jacksonville, FL (Eastern time)
• With 1-hour break
• 40 hours per week

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) platform and its features Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional speaking ability Proven customer service experience in technical or SaaS environments Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently Comfortable being on video calls with camera on throughout working hours SaaS experience preferred, especially in marketing automation or CRM platforms Bonus if you have experience with client onboarding or implementation processes It helps if you’re familiar with marketing funnels, automation workflows, and lead management
