Director of Product (B2B SaaS)

We are hiring a Director of Product to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of our customer portals and CAD workflow tools . This role will own the product roadmap from discovery to launch , driving measurable adoption, engagement, and value across our user base.

The Director of Product will also spearhead product-led growth (PLG) initiatives across activation, engagement, and monetization, ensuring the product delivers on both revenue goals and service-level expectations . This is a hands-on leadership role for a builder who thrives at the intersection of UX, business outcomes, and technical execution .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and deliver the product roadmap for customer portals and CAD workflow tools.

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch, adoption, and iteration.

Ship impactful features that drive adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction .

Run PLG experiments across activation, engagement, and monetization levers.

Collaborate with Operations and GTM teams to align product strategy with revenue and SLA commitments.

Define success metrics and continuously measure product impact.

Write PRDs , lead discovery sessions, and drive technical execution with engineering.

Stay current with industry trends in healthcare, design, and workflow products .

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven track record of taking a SaaS product from roadmap → launch → adoption , with measurable results.

Strong experience in B2B workflow design , ideally in healthcare, dental, or design-related industries .

Hands-on product builder with experience writing PRDs, running discovery, and delivering features.

Familiar with pricing, packaging, and PLG strategies to optimize adoption and monetization.

Strong UX sensibility, with ability to balance customer experience and business outcomes .

Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams.

Analytical and data-driven decision-maker with a bias for execution.
