Job description

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—providing excellent service, solving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience every time. You’ll handle customer concerns via phone, chat, or email while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist customers with their inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Provide accurate information about products or services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up on pending concerns.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets in customer satisfaction and quality.

Qualifications :

  • At least HS (Old Curriculum) / SHS Graduate , College Level / Graduate
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
  • BPO experience is an advantage, but not required.
