Job Requirements :
Bachelors Degree in BS Accountancy.
At least 2 years of accounting and admin experience.
Experience Taxation Law and latest BIR regulations and memorandums.
Experience in ERP System.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities :
Monitoring, posting and settlement of the clients’ payments and verifying that each payment has been issued with appropriate receipt / s
Preparation of the list of Official Invoices / Billings and checking of the accuracy and completeness of the details
Reconciliation of the Official Invoices / Billings with the system pro-forma invoices
Monitoring of the Form 2307 made by and / or issued on behalf of the company
Preparation of the information for the filing of quarterly VAT
Preparation of the information and documents during BIR and FS audit (Receivables)
Other tasks that may be assigned
