Schedule : Dayshift Schedule | Monday to Friday (9am-6pm or 10am-7pm)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB :

⭐Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese applicants who are proficient in Mandarin and English.

⭐Undergraduates are welcome to apply; a Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.

⭐At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.

⭐Strong translation skills (English and Mandarin).

⭐Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB :

⭐Translate documents from English to Mandarin and vice versa.

⭐Handle client / customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels

⭐Organize and file documents for scheduled meetings and events, including taking minutes of meetings

⭐Review, edit, and revise translated texts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and high-quality output

⭐Conduct research on documents, terminology, and linguistic styles to support accurate translation work
