As a Transport Planner Specialist at our company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently. What you´ll do

  • Plan and optimize transport orders (sea, air, road, and express)
  • Coordinate with Carriers, Warehouse and Customer Service with respect to shipment status and revisions
  • Collaborate strongly with multi-functional teams on a country and regional level
  • Support the team to keep logistics cost on an optimum level and reach a satisfactory end customer service level
  • Makes additional costs or freight costs correction in Transport Management System
  • Responsible for transport execution projects

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in any course; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Engineering is a plus
  • Minimum of one (1) year related work experience in Shared Services Industry Shared Services Center (SSC), Global Business Services (GBS), or Business process outsourcing (BPO) industry is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Must be a team player, with great attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Turkish verbal and written communication is required
  • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM), Wednesday to Sunday, and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
