Oversees and enhances the programs, systems, policies, and operations of the various functions of the Human Resources Department such as talent management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development and records management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs covering recruitment, manpower planning, training, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and records management.
- Oversee recruitment, placement, performance management, career development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Administer employee transactions, disciplinary actions, and compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement, wellness, and recognition programs to promote a positive work environment.
- Manage training, development, and scholarship programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Serve as HRIS / BPI Bizlink administrator and provide timely HR reports and updates to senior management.
- Lead labor-management relations, grievance resolution, and collaboration with internal committees and external professional networks.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.Strong understanding of government regulations related to compensation and benefits, labor practices, and other HR compliance requirements.Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resource Management, preferably within a school or educational setting.Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies, strategic programs, succession plans, salary structures, performance management systems, and HRIS administration.Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational development skills.Proficient in using technology, including computer applications, digital platforms, and multimedia tools (advantageous).Demonstrates high moral character, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
