Schedule : Monday – Friday (Dayshift)

Job Requirements :

✨ Bachelor’s degree holder (any related field)

✨At least 2 years of experience in a logistics role

✨Knowledge and experience in processing PEZA and BOC documentation is an advantage

✨Willing to work fully on-site

✨Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities :

✨ Prepare delivery documents and maintain clear communication with carriers and clients.

✨ Process sales invoices, delivery receipts, and PEZA / BOC forms accurately and on time.

✨ Arrange and manage transportation schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.

✨ Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to maintain stock availability and meet delivery deadlines.

✨ Obtain required permits and clearances from PEZA and BOC to ensure regulatory compliance.
