KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Program CNC milling and turning machines to produce high-precision mold components.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to develop CNC programs.
Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring accurate machining processes.
Inspect and test mold components to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes and troubleshoot technical issues.
Maintain CNC equipment and tools, ensuring proper function and minimal downtime.
Assist in the development of new mold designs and provide feedback for process improvements.
Follow strict safety guidelines and industry standards.

QUALIFICATIONS : Experience :

Minimum 3 years of CNC programming experience, preferably in the mold or tool-making industry.

Proficiency with CNC programming languages.

Familiarity with CAD / CAM software.

Strong understanding of machining processes and mold design.

Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology or a related field is a plus.
