Job Purpose :

As a Call Center Representative, you will support patients by professionally handling inquiries, resolving billing issues, and processing self-pay balances. Your role is essential in ensuring an excellent patient experience while supporting healthcare revenue cycle operations.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Respond to patient inquiries and disputes over the phone by researching and providing accurate information
• Process credit card payments to settle outstanding self-pay balances
• Analyze and resolve issues on patient accounts
• Maintain productivity and quality standards as outlined in team policies
• Remain composed and professional when handling difficult calls
• Participate in other related tasks and special projects
