Schedule : Graveyard / Night Shift

Set up : Hybrid Set up

Salary : up to 130,000

Qualifications :

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent IT experience (5 years minimum)
• Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably with desktop applications.
• In-depth understanding of the Windows registry and application installation / configuration
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and desktop application environments.
• Leverage AI tooling for research and analysis
• Uses AI to streamline daily workflows and processes
