Job Summary
The Creative Lead owns the execution and ongoing optimization of Mellanni’s visual marketing assets across Amazon, DTC, and additional online marketplaces. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, working with both existing image and video assets as well as new creatives developed through AI-assisted and traditional design tools.
This position requires strong e-commerce experience, a deep understanding of Amazon content standards, and the ability to translate brand direction into scalable, high-performing creative output. The Creative Lead partners closely with marketing leadership and performance teams to ensure all assets are accurate, on-brand, and aligned with business objectives.
Core Responsibilities
Content Production & Creative Ownership
- Own day-to-day creative execution across Amazon, Shopify, email marketing, and paid media
- Produce, update, and optimize product imagery, lifestyle visuals, short-form video, and supporting graphic assets
- Adapt approved creative concepts into multiple formats, sizes, and placements across channels
- Ensure creative output consistently meets Mellanni brand standards, quality benchmarks, and performance needs
Amazon Content Management
Lead ongoing updates to Amazon PDPs, A+ Content, and Storefront assetsExecute seasonal refreshes, promotional updates, and merchandising changesEnsure accuracy and consistency of product visuals, claims, and messaging across all Amazon listingsMaintain compliance with Amazon content guidelines and best practicesAI-Assisted Creative Workflow
Leverage AI tools for image generation, video creation, and copy support to accelerate productionReview, refine, and finalize AI-generated outputs to meet brand, quality, and accuracy standardsBuild and maintain organized prompt libraries and reusable AI workflowsStay current on emerging AI tools and apply them thoughtfully within an e-commerce contextCross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with PPC, influencer, and e-commerce teams to deliver creative assets on scheduleSupport structured creative testing by producing iterations and variations as requestedCoordinate asset updates, handoffs, and version control across platformsAsset Management & Documentation
Maintain organized creative libraries, naming conventions, and version controlDocument repeatable workflows for AI-assisted and traditional content productionSupport continuity and knowledge sharing within the marketing teamPackaging Design & Production Support
Design and update packaging artwork in line with established brand standards and product requirementsPrepare print-ready files according to factory specifications, dielines, and packaging templatesEnsure accuracy of dimensions, barcodes, claims, regulatory text, and required markingsCoordinate revisions with internal stakeholders and suppliersMaintain structured packaging files and version control across SKUsRequired Experience & Qualifications (Must-Haves)
