Work Setup : Onsite (Cebu)
Shift : GY Shift
Requirements : 5 years in BPO
2 to 3 years in a TL level role
Preferrably with experience in Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo tools
Good commnication Skills
Travel industry experience is a must
GDS is a non negotiable tool the rest are preferred
Education Requirements : At least 2 years in College (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities :
Provides strategic direction to area of business for critical business decisions
Initiates and leads standardization, improvement, re-engineering / cost effectiveness initiatives
Identifies and implements revenue generation opportunities
Works in diverse challenging environment and offer consultation & define the business requirements
Leads change management efforts and share best practices with team and build diverse talent
Delivers high quality standards across the processes and projects
Adheres to Controls and compliance as per company policy and norms
Demonstrates analytical capabilities, problem solving, ambiguity management, multi-tasking
abilities in-addition to drive results and collaborating & relationship building skills.
