With the Saturday schedule

Required Experience :

  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience with painting (liquid resin coating)
  • Ability to operate, adjust, and set up painting equipment as a hands-on engineer.
  • Knowledgeable with powder coating (both are a great plus).
  • Experience operating or teaching painting robots.
  • Practical experience with painting automotive parts or electronic device housings.

Responsibilities :

  • Assign tasks and manage progress based on production plans.
  • Manage and train team members.

    • Operate, set conditions for, and troubleshoot painting equipment, particularly liquid painting lines.

    Perform high-quality painting work personally as an active team member.
