Position Description :
Human Resources (Recruitment) Internship responsibilities are to assist administrative in recruitment, searching social networks and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates. Maintaining NJOYN clean up, assisting onboarding and creating reports on a daily basis. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of verbal and written communication skills.
Your future duties and responsibilities :
- Assist the Talent Acquisition with research and execution of recruiting strategies
- Broadcast Service Orders in the career website.
- Create a profile of a candidate in the career website.
- Create / edit job survey in the career website.
- Send regret letter via the career website.
- Create / edit ads and post in Facebook groups.
- Conduct market research upon request.
- Encode, update and monitor daily endorsement tracker.
- Conduct initial screening with candidates.
- Administer exam based on the role applied for.
- Schedule candidates for interviews.
- Monitor the attendance of candidates.
- Assist in chasing candidates for onboarding.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role :
Taking up Bachelor’s Degree in BS Psychology or Human Resources.Available for an internship program with an endorsement letter from university,Keen attention to detail.Average verbal and written communication.Amenable to work from home while we are still in quarantine.With stable internet connection up to 10 mbps internet bandwith.Can start ASAP with minimum of hours.Skills :
