Job descriptionUse Canva to generate graphics for social ads, events, and email copy Update / generate content for lead nurturing (e.g., 1-pagers, case studies) Support special projects (e.g., webinar presentation decks) Be the first point of contact via DMs, comments, or email Organize lead inbox : foldering, responding, directing, prioritizing Respond to YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram comments using scripts Respond to DMs and qualify leads before handing off to Sales Coordinator Support CRM maintenance Represent the brand professionally and warmly Conduct research (e.g., quarterly SEO research for blog content) Record notes and follow-ups from meetings Optimize SOPs and operations Maintain accurate CRM and reporting records Assist with performance reporting Follow communication protocols and project subtasks in Asana Use AI tools appropriately Proactively flag bottlenecks and suggest improvements 2+ years supporting marketing / sales teams or as an Executive / Administrative Assistant Experience in sales using scripts is a plus Strong phone skills and active listening Ability to manage a digital archive Detail-oriented and strong time management Well organized and collaborative Able to ask clarifying questions Strong design sense and branding skills (preferred) Understanding of typography, color, and design tools Typing speed ideally 55 WPM+ Advanced English proficiency Familiarity with CRM systems Excellent communication and presentation Canva experience Customer-first attitude Familiarity with Asana or other project tools Computer - at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM Internet Speed - At least 50 MBPS Download speed Internet Allowance Power Generator Paid Time off Opening within a company with a solid track record of success Role involving team management opportunities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Content Project Management :
- Use Cast Magic AI to write YouTube and Instagram descriptions
- Schedule short-form video content using Later.com (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Schedule podcast recordings
- Upload weekly YouTube content following specific instructions
- Update links throughout email sequences after material updates
- Convert LGW video content into .gifs for emails and branding
- Act as a continuity point across projects, ensuring no task or deadline falls through

Schedule : Mondays-Fridays (2pm-11pm) PST / / Tuesdays to Saturdays, 5 AM – 2PM PHT
Salary Range : Php 40,000 - 60,000 depending on experience
