Job descriptionManage and monitor the complete deployment lifecycle of ATMs across assigned sites. Ensure adherence to deployment schedules; escalate delays or issues to relevant stakeholders promptly. Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams to resolve installation-related Enforce compliance with safety protocols and operational standards during field Identify and resolve configuration issues prior to deployment. Conduct post-deployment functional and connectivity testing to ensure ATM operability.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ATM deployment, field service, or related technical operations.
- Experience in site identification and assessment (2–3 years) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ATM systems, networking, and basic IT troubleshooting.
