Technician III-Product / Test

Job Summary

Provide manufacturing support in product set-up and problem isolation. Perform verification and first level root cause analysis on yield and quality issues during production test. Other responsibilities also include necessary support to help meet / exceed the company goals in product, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost and support the production line to help achieve the development goals.

• Perform basic set-up and isolation procedures to support manufacturing.
• Provide support on verification and disposition of hold lots / LRR and non-conforming lots.
• Perform 1st level engineering verification and analysis.
• Perform visual mechanical rejects verification and validation.
• Perform in-line and off-line verification of production issues and initial analysis of non-conforming lots or hold lots / LRR.
• Perform in-line and off-line verification of QA failed lots.
• Provide engineering support on improvement projects.
• Provide support in qualification evaluation / activity of new process flow / material / device / test program / test board.
• Provide engineering support in the investigation and implementation of actions for quality improvement.
• Provide support to Production to achieve plant and departmental goals.
• Conduct line monitoring and escalate non-conformance or concerns.

Requirements / Qualifications :

Education Level

BS Electronics Technology or any related technical / vocational courses

Working experience

At least four (4) years of work experience from Semiconductor / Electronics Company
