Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
At least 1 year of experience as an HR Assistant.
Strong understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
Skilled in HR administration and people management.
Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills.

Provide administrative and clerical support.
Respond to emails, calls, and other forms of communication.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and operational requirements.
Coordinate company activities and events.
Maintain organized company files and records.

Post job advertisements on job boards and platforms.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
Conduct background checks and employment vitrification.
