PM Staff (Project Management)

The Project Coordinator works closely with the Project Management team and is responsible for supporting projects involving cross-functional collaboration matters in order to deliver products and services to customers. This position will support the development of project, sample and document submission and record update. 项目协调员与项目管理团队密切合作，负责支持涉及跨职能合作事项的项目，以便向客户提供产品和服务。该职位将为项目开发、样品和文件提交以及记录更新提供支持。

I.Organizing reporting, and providing updates to project managers. 组织报告，并向项目经理提供最新信息

II.Render assistance to the Project Manager. 为项目经理提供协助。

III.Communicating and follow up with internal and external affiliates. 与内部和外部分支机构沟通并采取后续行动。

IV.Preparation and evaluation of samples and documents related to new products 准备和评估与新产品有关的样品和文件

V.Preparing for sample delivery and submission. 准备样品交付和提交。

VI.Collecting signed samples and documents. 收集签名样本和文件。

VII. Other documentation and paper work support 其他文件和文书工作支持

VIII. Compliance to CSR standards. 遵守企业社会责任标准。

IX. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time. 履行不时指派的其他职责。
