JOB SUMMARY
As a Korean Bilingual CSR, you will be the primary contact for Korean-speaking customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing excellent customer support across multiple channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver outstanding customer service and sales in both Korean and English.
- Handle product inquiries, sales, order statuses, and issue resolution professionally.
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
- Document customer interactions accurately using CRM systems.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and courteously.
QUALIFICATIONS
Fluency in Korean and English (verbal and written).Prior experience in customer service or call center roles preferred, particularly handling a retail and sales account.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage difficult situations with patience and problem-solving skills.Comfortable using CRM software and basic computer applications.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Willing to work onsite and flexible with shifting schedulesWHAT WE OFFER
