We're Hiring : Ad Operations Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across search, programmatic, display, and social media platforms.
- Conduct campaign performance analysis, reporting, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Strategize, execute, and optimize PPC and paid social campaigns, including landing page effectiveness.
- Utilize analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Data Studio) to monitor, track, and present results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and improve campaign strategies.
- Apply A / B testing, campaign optimization, and full-funnel digital marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Share market and industry knowledge to enhance team performance and strategy development.
QUALIFICATIONS :
At least 2 years of experience with using various social media advertising platforms(Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, creative, technology, and the broaderadvertising industry is advantageous.
Proficient with Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets.Facebook / Meta Blueprint / Google Certification is a plus
