Job Summary :

We’re hiring Call Center Agents to join our team in Cebu IT Park. No experience needed — we provide full training and support.

Responsibilities :

Handle inbound and outbound calls

Assist customers and resolve concerns

Accurately document interactions

Meet performance and quality targets

Qualifications :

Good English communication skills

High school graduate or higher

Willing to work on-site and in shifting schedules

BPO experience is a plus, not required
