JOB REQUIREMENTS

✨Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business administration or any related field

✨With 8-10 years’ experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or governance roles.

✨Experience in risk assessment, mitigation planning, policy development, and reporting to executive leadership or boards.

✨Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance

✨Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

✨Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive risk strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

✨Identify, evaluate, and monitor strategic, operational, financial, regulatory, and reputational risks.

✨Oversee risk mitigation plans and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.

✨Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to risk management.

✨Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, IT, and HR to identify, assess, and manage departmental risks.
