Join our Telco Support Team and help customers with connectivity, billing, and service issues. Ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy and enjoy assisting customers.

Qualifications :

  • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School or Higher
  • With or Without BPO Experience
  • Excellent at English & Communications Skills

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage customer calls regarding billing or technical issues
  • Provide accurate troubleshooting and recommendations
  • Deliver quality service and ensure customer satisfaction
